Information we process

We process the transcript, tone preference and email address you submit to generate a Content Pack. We also process limited technical information, including a hashed IP-derived rate-limit identifier, and payment/order information supplied by our payment provider.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the service, prevent abuse, process payments, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. Pasted transcripts are sent to our AI processing provider to create the requested pack and are not retained by PodCopyLab after processing.

Service providers

We use cloud infrastructure, an AI processing provider and payment providers to operate PodCopyLab. They process data only as needed to provide their services.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data by emailing us. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
